Jason Moore is currently fighting for his life in the ICU after being diagnosed with Acute Pancreatitis with Multi-System Organ Failure. After undergoing a very risky procedure Jason is hopefully on the long road to recovery. He continues to face surgeries & procedures, lengthy hospital stays, and will need physical & occupational therapy.
Jason is married to his wife, Cassie and together they have 2 children, Hudson (8) and Harper (7). Jason is committed to the tri-state community - helping any organization he can raise funds or get exposure. He is most recently known as the face of Audubon Chrysler and the host of The American Dream Car Show.
We are asking that you join us for an evening of food and fun to raise money so that Jason and Cassie can focus on Jason's recovery and not the financial burden.
